ARCHIPELAGO MENU WITH A SEA-VIEW

Surrounded by the sea, we serve a menu of freshly-caught food and other delicacies prepared in our kitchen with passion and care. For us, it is natural to use locally-sourced langoustines and grow dill in our own herb garden. Our bright and spacious dining room offers a magnificent view and seats about 80 guests. Breakfast includes home-made bread served a half flight of stairs up in the small and intimate dining room.

Our menus

Our menus are based on seasonal ingredients. We serve meat and fish dishes and like to delight our guests with new seafood compositions. Our menu is presented three to six weeks in advance and the weekend menu one week in advance. Our inspiration menu shows a selection of dishes that have previously featured on our menu.

Locally produced

Running a business as a guesthouse on a car-free island is to take into account the conditions of nature and small communities. Quality and long-term are therefore natural terms for our business. Self-cultivated herbs from the hinterland are a matter of course, as well as the crayfishes being fished in their own waters. We attach great importance to finding suppliers who work ecologically, both in terms of wines and commodities. What we buy from the mainland is transported by boat to the dock and we pick up our goods with environmentally friendly vehicles, a matter of course for us who are doing nutrition in the archipelago.
